Here’s a quick moment with the East German Trabant 601. earlier this month

“The Trabant 601 is an iconic automobile produced in East Germany that has become a symbol of an era. Manufactured between 1963 and 1990 by VEB Sachsenring Automobilwerke Zwickau, the Trabant 601 comes in both sedan and hatchback variants, offering a glimpse into the automotive history of the Eastern Bloc. We see these all the time in Hungary and Ukraine but this month was the first time I saw a matching combo of sedan/hatchback together AND in the same blue!”
