Enjoy a collection of my wildlife/mammal photography in Belize and learn about these animals at the same time.

These photos are from part 1 of a 4 part photo-documentary I led in Belize in the summer of 2021.

The documentary was aimed to focus on the trash and pollution in Belize and how this affects the wildlife. Unfortunately the documentary was effectively put on pause after a series of personal tragedies unfolded.

Many of the photos from the unfinished documentary remained unedited and unpublished. This 4 part series of the wildlife photo-pairs I captured on digital-film will hopefully start to rectify this delay.

“As the largest cats in Central America, weighing up to 200 pounds, they like their space, with a single male lion claiming over 100 square miles, sometimes closer to 200 square miles, as its home turf. They also have the largest range of any mammal in the western hemisphere, running from the Canada’s Yukon all the way down to the Andes in South America.
