A quick note you (and others) might find useful:
You mentioned that early in your article the change to Fuji 200 price/availability. Apparently for the last year or two Fuji 200 was just rebranded Kodak Gold 200 that Fuji bought from Kodak to fill in their production gaps. It's not super clear when this shift started or stopped. This could account for the higher prices of Fuji 200. My friends who all liked Kodak Gold 200 went out and scooped up the Fuji branded stuff for much cheaper than the Kodak branded Gold (but still more expensive than people were used to being able to buy Fuji 200 at). There are also rumors that the "new" Fuji 400 that is also another rebranded Kodak film stock.
